Land Registrar definition

Land Registrar means Chief Land Registrar, County Land Registrar and Land Registrars appointed under section 12 and 13 of the Land Registration Act, 2012 (No. 3 of 2012);

Land Registrar means the land registrar in whose registry or land titles division, as the case may be, the property is situated; (“registrateur”)

Land Registrar means the Registrar defined in section 2 of the Land Titles Registration Act 2008;
