Land Transfer Agreement definition

Land Transfer Agreement means the land transfer agreement to be signed under which ownership of the Project Site shall be transferred by the Owner to the Developer; «Հողամասի Փոխանցման Պայմանագիր» նշանակում է հողամասի փոխանցման մասին պայմանագիրը, որով Ծրագրի Տարածքի նկատմամբ սեփականության իրավունքը Սեփականատիրոջ կողմից փոխանցվում է Կառուցապատողին.
