Landlord Indemnities definition

Landlord Indemnities shall be deemed to include, but not be limited to, the Landlord's employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent, members, partners, principals and/or shareholders.
Landlord Indemnities means Landlord and Landlord's partners and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, mortgagees, successors and assigns, and the term "Laws" shall mean all laws, statutes, ordinances, resolutions, rules, codes, regulations, restrictions (including, without limitation, restrictive covenants or deed restrictions), policies, orders, determinations or requirements of any governmental authority from time to time in existence. In addition, Tenant may display Tenant's logo and name in the first floor lobby, subject to Landlord's approval as to the size, location and design of such logo and name.
Landlord Indemnities means any individual, a partnership, a corporation, an association, a limited liability company, a joint stock company, a trust, a joint venture, an unincorporated organization, or a governmental entity (or any department, agency, or political subdivision thereof), or any other entity recognized under the laws of any state that is a direct or indirect subsidiary of any tier of Landlord or Landlord’s designee or that Landlord or Landlord’s designee directly or indirectly controls, or that is under direct or indirect common control with Landlord or Landlord’s designee,

Examples of Landlord Indemnities in a sentence

  • In the event any of the Landlord Indemnities incurs any costs, fees, damages, losses, expenses, and/or liabilities in connection with a release of Hazardous Materials by Tenant or any of Tenant’s agents, employees, contractors, subtenants or licensees, Tenant shall pay such costs, fees and/or expenses within thirty (30) days of written request from the affected Landlord Indemnities.

  • Tenant shall indemnify and hold Landlord and the Landlord Indemnities harmless from all claims of any other brokers claiming to have represented Tenant in connection with this Lease.

  • If any action or proceeding is brought against any of the Landlord Indemnities by reason of such claim, Tenant, upon notice from any of the Landlord Indemnities, shall defend the same at Tenant’s expense by counsel selected by the Landlord.

If Landlord pays Tenant's Taxes or any portion thereof, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord upon demand for the amount of such payment, together with interest at the Interest Rate from the date of Landlord's payment to the date of Tenant's reimbursement.

  • Sublessor means one who conveys real property by sublease."

  • Additional Rents means amounts payable under any Lease for (i) the payment of additional rent based upon a percentage of the Tenant’s business during a specified annual or other period (sometimes referred to as “percentage rent”), (ii) so-called common area maintenance or “CAM” charges, and (iii) so called “escalation rent” or additional rent based upon such tenant’s allocable share of insurance, real estate taxes or operating expenses or labor costs or cost of living or xxxxxx’x wages or otherwise.

  • Sublandlord means the holder of sublandlord’s interest under this Sublease. Notwithstanding any other term or provision of this Sublease, the liability of Subtenant to Sublandlord for any default in Subtenant’s obligations under this Sublease shall be limited to actual, direct damages, and under no circumstances shall Sublandlord, its partners, members, shareholders, directors, agents, officers, employees, contractors, sublessees, successors and/or assigns be entitled to recover from Subtenant (or otherwise be indemnified by Subtenant) for lost revenues, lost profit or other consequential, special or punitive damages arising in connection with this Sublease for any reason, except for any breach by Subtenant under Section 12 of the Master Lease. Notwithstanding any other term or provision of this Sublease, no personal liability shall at any time be asserted or enforceable against Subtenant’s shareholders, directors, officers, or partners on account of any of Subtenant’s obligations or actions under this Sublease.

  • Crew Insurances means insurances against crew risks which shall include but not be limited to death, sickness, repatriation, injury, shipwreck unemployment indemnity and loss of personal effects.

  • Master Lease This Schedule is issued pursuant to the Lease identified on page 1 of this Schedule. All of the terms and conditions of the Lease are incorporated in and made a part of this Schedule as if they were expressly set forth in this Schedule.
