Lapse of Consent means any Government Authorisations:

Lapse of Consent. Any Seller Consent (a) ceasing to remain in full force and effect and not being renewed or replaced within the time period prescribed by the applicable Laws of Pakistan for the renewal or replacement of such Seller Consent or, where a time period is not prescribed by the applicable Laws of Pakistan, within sixty (60) Days of such Seller Consent ceasing to be in full force and effect, or (b) (other than a Specified Consent set out in Part I of Schedule 1 of the Implementation Agreement) not being issued upon application having been properly and timely made and diligently pursued within the time period prescribed by the applicable Laws of Pakistan or where a time period is not prescribed by the applicable Laws of Pakistan, within sixty (60) Days of proper application being made for such Seller Consent or (c) being made subject, upon renewal, or otherwise, to any terms or conditions that materially and adversely affect the Seller’s or a Contractor’s ability to perform its obligations under any document included within the Project Agreements, in each of the above instances despite such party’s compliance with the applicable procedural and substantive requirements as applied in a “non-discriminatory” (as explained in Section 12.4 of the Implementation Agreement) manner.

Examples of Lapse of Consent in a sentence

  • Subsequent to the issuance of such Company Consents, in the forms issued by the State Bank of Pakistan or other Relevant Authority, as the case may be, any withdrawal, revocation, modification, suspension or repeal of such Company Consents shall constitute a Lapse of Consent.

  • In the event of any Lapse of Consent, the Company shall submit a report pursuant to this Section 4.3 within three (3) days after becoming aware thereof.

  • Subject to the Company’s timely submission of reports required by Section 4.3, upon request of the Company, the GOP shall support and use all reasonable efforts to expedite consideration of the Company’s applications for the Company Consents or reissuances thereof filed pursuant to Section 4.2, and the timely issuance thereof or reissuance of a Company Consent subject to a Lapse of Consent by any Relevant Authority.

  • Thereafter, the Company shall in the event of any Lapse of Consent, submit a report to the Government and the Utility within [three (3)] Days after becoming aware of the Lapse of Consent, which report shall set out the steps that the Company proposes to take to remedy the Lapse of Consent.

  • If after the date of this Agreement there occurs a GOT Action or Inaction, Parastatal Action or Inaction, Lapse of Consent, Court Action or Change in Law that either adversely affects or enhances PanAfrican Tanzania’s economic benefits under this Agreement, the Parties shall promptly meet for the purpose of making all necessary adjustments to the relevant provisions of this Agreement so as to maintain the economic benefits to PanAfrican Tanzania specified under this Agreement.
