Large commercial customer definition

Large commercial customer means customers representing more than 15 RCEs.
Large commercial customer means any commercial customer that has an annual energy usage of not less than 1,000,000 kilowatt-hours (kWh), measured in the same manner as the electric public utility that serves the commercial customer measures energy for billing purposes.
Large commercial customer means a Person generally purchasing or leasing more than twenty vehicles for commercial or rental fleets for business, commercial or similar purposes.
