Examples of Large Investors in a sentence

  • Any expenditure incurred by the Scheme for allotment and/or transfer of eligible securities which may include charges like depository participant charges, transaction handling charges etc., will be borne by the Large Investors / Authorised Participants.

  • It is therefore expected that there would be a number of subscriptions and redemptions on a daily basis through Authorised Participants and Large Investors.

  • The AMC engages Authorized Participants for creating liquidity for the Units of the Scheme on the Stock Exchange(s) so that investors other than Authorized Participants and Large Investors are able to buy or redeem Units on the Stock Exchange(s) using the services of a stock broker.

  • Directly with the Mutual FundThe Scheme offers units for subscription / redemption directly with the Mutual Fund in creation unit size to Authorized Participants / Large Investors only, at NAV based prices on all Business Days during an ongoing offer period.

  • Any fractions in the number of securities transferable to Authorized Participants / Large Investors will be rounded of to the lower integer and the value of the fraction will be added to the cash component payable.

  • Intra-day Indicative NAV will not have any bearing on the creation or redemption of units directly with the Fund by the Authorized Participants /Large Investors.

  • Directly with the Mutual Fund:The Scheme offers units for subscription / redemption directly with the Mutual Fund in Creation Unit Size to Authorized Participants / and Large Investors, at NAV based prices on all Business Days during an ongoing offer period.

  • AMC has proposed to engage Authorized Participants for creating liquidity for ETFs in the stock exchange(s) so that retail investors (investors other than Authorized Participants and Large Investors) are able to buy or redeem units on the stock exchange(s) using the services of a stock broker.

  • The cash component of the proceeds at applicable NAV will be paid by way of cheque or direct credit or through electronic mode i.e. RTGS/NEFT.However, only Authorised Participants and Large Investors can directly redeem from the AMC in 'Creation Unit Size.

  • Any fractions in the number of securities transferable to Authorized Participants / Large Investors will be rounded off to the lower integer and the value of the fraction will be added to the cash component payable.
