Late Filing definition

Late Filing means the Active Practitioner did complete the requisite courses or credits during the current MCLE Reporting Year, but did not submit or certify the credits prior to June 30th of that reporting year.
Late Filing means the filing of plans, specifications, and other supporting data for design release after construction has begun but prior to the manufacturer’s receiving either a system design release, an addendum release, or prototype status for a particular unit or component.
