Launch Criteria definition

Launch Criteria has the meaning set forth in Section 1.4.1(a). ---------------
Launch Criteria see Section 6.3.
Launch Criteria means the criteria to be followed by NII for the launch of the ESMR Network in the Territory, as specifically set forth on Exhibit A.

Examples of Launch Criteria in a sentence

  • AOLB shall satisfy the Launch Criteria in all of the Test Cities within 315 days after the Effective Date (the "Termination Period").

  • The Parties intend that the roll-out and performance criteria for the Additional Cities shall be reasonably comparable to the Launch Criteria for the Initial Cities.

  • If Buyer wishes to be bid on more than 1 vehicle count at a time, Buyer must submit an additional $600 USD security deposit for each vehicle count he wants to bid on.

  • The Parties have agreed upon specifications for AOLB's network capacity and other criteria attached hereto as Exhibit G-1 (the "Launch Criteria") in the Initial Cities.

  • In the event that either AOLB and Itau mutually agree in writing, or a Forty Five Day Arbitration ruling determines that AOLB failed to satisfy the Launch Criteria in any of the Test Cities within the Termination Period (including any Extension Period), then Itau may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to AOLB within fifteen days (15) after the date the written agreement or arbitral ruling was rendered without payment of any amounts hereunder.

  • Prior to offering commercial service in a Section, the Company will be required to provide coverage to all the Build Areas in that Section that have the earliest Build Year and to meet the general launch criteria that are in effect at the relevant time and applicable generally to the NDS ESMR Network (the "Launch Criteria").

  • Failure of the Build Out of the system to comply with the Launch Criteria in the affected area will be considered a reasonable basis for withholding approval.

Related to Launch Criteria

  • ASAM criteria means admission, continued service, transfer, and discharge criteria for the treatment of substance use disorders as published by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM).

  • Selection Criteria means and includes all of the requirements, considerations,

  • Review Criteria has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 12.02(b)(i).

  • Design Criteria means the design criteria set out in the Ministry’s publication “Design Criteria for Sanitary Sewers, Storm Sewers and Forcemains for Alterations Authorized under Environmental Compliance Approval”, (as amended from time to time).

  • Fitch Criteria means the Collateral Amount shall equal the sum of (i) the product of A multiplied by the mark-to-market value of the outstanding Transactions dxxxxmined by Party A in good faith from time to time, and (ii) the product of B multiplied by the current aggregate notional amount of the outstanding Transactions, where:

  • Evaluation Criteria means the criteria set out under the clause 27 (Evaluation Process) of this Part C, which includes the Qualifying Criteria, Functional Criteria and Price and Preferential Points Assessment.

  • Clinical review criteria means the written screening procedures, decision abstracts, clinical protocols, and practice guidelines used by a health carrier to determine the necessity and appropriateness of health care services.

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Acceptance Criteria means the Specifications, goals, performance measures, testing results and/or other criteria designated by the Agency and against which the Deliverables may be evaluated for purposes of Acceptance or Non-acceptance thereof.

  • Functional Criteria means the criteria set out in clause 27 of this Part C.

  • Over-Riding Nomination Criteria means the criteria set out in clause 4.2.

  • Nomination Criteria means the criteria made up of the Over-Riding Nomination Criteria andthe Specific Nomination Factors, and is also referred to as “this Criteria”.

  • Milestones means control points in the project that help to chart progress. Milestones may correspond to the completion of a key deliverable, allowing the next phase of the work to begin. They may also be needed at intermediary points so that, if problems have arisen, corrective measures can be taken. A milestone may be a critical decision point in the project where, for example, the consortium must decide which of several technologies to adopt for further development.

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Development Milestone is defined in Section 5.3.

  • Contract Specific Goals means the subcontracting goals for MBE and WBE participation established for a particular contract.

  • Criteria means one of the eight (8) state defined categories to be scored.

  • Business Criteria means any one or any combination of Income before Taxes, Net Income, Return on Equity, Return on Assets, Pre-tax Margin, Free Cash Flow, Valuation or EPS.

  • Timeline means the list of critical dates and actions included in the Introductory Materials.

  • Monitoring Indicator means a measure of HSP performance that may be monitored against provincial results or provincial targets, but for which no Performance Target is set;

  • Specific goals means specific goals as contemplated in section 2(1)(d) of the PPPFA which may include contracting with persons, or group of persons, historically disadvantaged by unfair discrimination on the basis of race, gender and disability including the implementation of programmes of the Reconstruction and Development Programme as published in Government Gazette No. 16085 dated 23 November 1994.

  • Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.

  • Product Schedule means the “Product Schedule” that forms part of the Contract.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Peer support specialist means an individual who has experienced a severe and persistent mental illness and who has successfully completed standardized training to provide peer support services through the medical assistance program or the Iowa Behavioral Health Care Plan.
