Launch Dates definition

Launch Dates means any or all of Launch Date 1, 2 and 3, as the context requires.
Launch Dates has the meaning set forth in Section 3(d).
Launch Dates means the dates that different versions of the Web Site become accessible to CUSTOMER's end-users. The Launch Dates shall consist of a "Soft Launch" on October 30, 1999, containing functionality addressed in Exhibit A-1, and a "Hard Launch" on November 22, 1999, containing functionality addressed in Exhibits A-3, X-0 xxx A-6.

Examples of Launch Dates in a sentence

  • In the case of non-U.S. entities, company registration numbers may be listed in place of U.S. tax ID numbers.

  • The parties acknowledge and agree that, prior to the Launch Dates and for a reasonable period thereafter, they will be engaged in substantial development work to create or modify systems and develop appropriate policies and procedures as necessary for each party effectively to perform its obligations as to the NYMEX Globex Contracts.

  • The parties shall create a Project Plan or Project Plans to prepare for Launch Dates 1, 2 and 3 within 30 days following the Effective Date, and for launching NYMEX Globex Contracts that are based on COMEX Products if closed access is selected, as described in Section 4.4. Project Plans shall include the identification of Acceptance Criteria (as defined in Section 8.2.2).

  • These indicators included Product Revenue Targets, Product Cost Targets, Development Cost Targets, Launch Dates, and Quality Expectations.

  • Nothing in this Section 4.1 is intended to limit NYMEX’s ability to request listing of additional NYMEX Globex Contracts between Launch Date 1 and Launch Date 2 pursuant to Section 3.2.1, except that NYMEX may not require the listing of futures options products sooner than may be agreed upon between the parties in the Project Plan or plans for the Launch Dates.

  • Within 30 days after the Effective Date, CME and NYMEX shall mutually agree upon (i) target dates for the Launch Dates, (ii) the list of NYMEX Products that will be listed as NYMEX Globex Contracts on Launch Date 1 and Launch Date 2, in accordance with the requirements of Section 3.2 and considering the impact that the inclusion of additional products may have upon the target launch dates, if any, and (ii) develop the initial Project Plan or plans for the Launch Dates, as further described in Section 8.1.

  • The Commercialization Plan shall include a reasonably detailed description of Commercialization activities and budget for each calendar year covered by such plan, including a timeline for initiation and completion of Commercialization Plan tasks and a list of proposed Launch Dates country-by-country in the Shared Territory as may be consistent with the JCC decision to whether to Develop and Commercialize Collaboration Compound and Collaboration Product outside the United States.

  • The Parties have scheduled the Launch Slots and Launch Dates in accordance with Exhibit B.

  • A new Challenge will be put up on the Website each week (see Challenge Launch Dates below), with a total of six challenges during the Contest Period.

  • The Parties will work together in good faith and use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Launch Dates for each Company Store to be as soon as practicable after the Effective Date.

Related to Launch Dates

  • Launch Date has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(b) of this Agreement.

  • Launch means the intentional ignition of the first-stage motor(s) of the Launch Vehicle intended to place or try to place a Launch Vehicle (which may or may not include any Transfer Vehicle, Payload or crew) from Earth:

  • Milestone Dates means the dates for completion of specified Project activities as contained in the Project Schedule.

  • Delivery Date(s) means the date or dates requested for delivery of Products as set forth in any Order.

  • Product Schedule means the “Product Schedule” that forms part of the Contract.

  • Programme of work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes an amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;

  • Averaging Dates means each of the dates set forth in the Final Terms, if any, or if any such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the next following Scheduled Trading Day, in each case subject to Condition 7(l).

  • Reset Dates The first day of each Calculation Period.

  • Exchange Dates shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(a)(ii) hereof.

  • Settlement Dates As determined pursuant to Section 9.4 of the Equity Definitions, subject to Section 9(k)(i) hereof.

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Scheduled Downtime has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Scheduled Uptime means the total minutes in the reporting month less the total minutes represented by the Scheduled Downtime.

  • Programme Date means the date of this Base Prospectus.

  • Quarterly Dates means the last Business Day of March, June, September and December in each year, the first of which shall be the first such day after the date hereof.

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;

  • Timelines means the dates set out in Appendix 2 hereto as may be amended by agreement between the Parties and Timeline shall mean any one of such dates.

  • Commercial Launch means the initial First Commercial Sale of a Product in the Territory.

  • Service Specific Terms has the meaning given in the G Suite Agreement or Complementary Product Agreement, as applicable, or, if Customer’s G Suite Agreement does not define “Service Specific Terms”, means the then-current terms specific to one or more Core Services for G Suite set out at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/terms/service-terms/.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement described in this Schedule C; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired in Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Program Documentation, and the Data Processing Agreement. The following do not apply to any Oracle Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement.

  • Payment Dates means, with respect to any Receivable, the date a payment is due in accordance with the Receivable Agreement with respect to such Receivable as in effect as of the date of determination.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Order Form Term means the duration of an Order Form.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.
