Laws or Regulation means any environmentally related local, state, or law, regulation, ordinance, or order (including without limitation any final order of any court of competent jurisdiction of which the Concessionaire has knowledge), now or hereafter in effect including but not limited to the Clean Air Act, the Water Pollution Control Act, the Safe Drinking Water Act, the Toxic Substances Control Act, the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, the Solid and Hazardous Waste Act, the Occupational Safety and Health Act, the Emergency Planning and Community Act , and the Solid Waste Disposal Act, as amended from time to time
