LC Agent definition
LC Agent means The Bank of New York in its capacities as letter of credit agent in connection with the letter of credit facility provided hereunder and as the issuer of the letters of credit issued or to be issued hereunder, and its successors in such capacities.
LC Agent means Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association.
LC Agent means Wachovia Bank, National Association.
More Definitions of LC Agent
LC Agent means Wells Fargo, in its capacity as letter of credit administrator for the issuance of Several Letters of Credit hereunder and in its capacity as the fronting bank for Participating Lenders who have provided a Participating Notice with respect to any applicable Several Letter of Credit, or any successor thereto.
LC Agent shall also mean the Representative for the holders of any indebtedness outstanding under any Replacement LC Credit Agreement then extant (and, if more than one LC Agent exists at any time, “LC Agent” shall be deemed to be a collective reference to each LC Agent).
LC Agent means the "Agent", as that term is defined in the Reimbursement Agreement.
LC Agent means, The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A., until a successor replaces it in accordance with the applicable provisions of this Indenture and thereafter means the successor serving hereunder.
LC Agent means (a) with respect to Letters of Credit outstanding on the Effective Date, The Bank of New York and (b) with respect to Letters of Credit issued after the Effective Date, The Bank of New York, or, to the extent such Person agrees to become an LC Agent at the request of the Company, Bank of America or JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in each case in its capacity as the issuer of the Letters of Credit issued or to be issued by it hereunder, and its successors in such capacities.
LC Agent has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
