LCH Transfer Cost definition

LCH Transfer Cost means the cost (converted, where applicable, into USD at a rate of exchange determined by the Clearing House in its sole discretion) to the Clearing House of transferring the rights and obligations arising out of the Auction Portfolios of a Defaulting FXCCM to those FXCCMs who have successfully bid for such Auction Portfolios in Auctions.
LCH Transfer Cost means any cost (converted, where applicable, into EUR at a Rate of Exchange determined by LCH SA in its sole discretion) to LCH SA arising out of transferring the rights and obligations arising out of the Fixed Income Transactions of a Defaulting Clearing Member to any other Clearing Member or third parties.
LCH Transfer Cost means the cost (converted, where applicable, into pounds sterling at the Rate of Exchange) to the Clearing House of transferring the rights and obligations arising out of the Auction Portfolios of a Defaulting SCM to those SCMs who have successfully bid for such Auction Portfolios in Auctions.

  • Transfer Costs means the cost of registration of Transfer arising herefrom calculated with reference to the fee chargeable in terms of the recommended guideline of conveyancing fees, and all incidental disbursements necessary to effect registration, together with VAT on such costs and disbursements, but specifically excluding any costs relating to mortgage bond registration;
