LDZ Settlement Related Obligations means obligations under the Code, including obligations undertaken by the CDSP by way of Direct Functions on behalf of the DNOs, the standard of performance of which (including any delays or failures in the performance of which) has, or may have, a material impact on the following matters:

Examples of LDZ Settlement Related Obligations in a sentence

  • A person shall be appointed by the DNOs, in accordance with this paragraph 16.3, for the purposes of conducting the functions ascribed to the PAFA by the PAF Document (as at the time of such appointment), including the preparation, maintenance and management of the registers referred to in paragraph 16.1.1(d)(i) and the determination of DNOs’ and Shipper Users’ levels of performance of specific LDZ Settlement Related Obligations.

Related to LDZ Settlement Related Obligations

  • Daily Settlement Amount for each of the 40 consecutive Trading Days during the Observation Period, shall consist of:

  • Subordinated Obligation means any Indebtedness of the Company (whether outstanding on the Issue Date or thereafter Incurred) that is subordinated or junior in right of payment to the Notes pursuant to a written agreement.

  • Excluded Swap Obligation means, with respect to any Guarantor, any Swap Obligation if, and to the extent that, all or a portion of the Guarantee of such Guarantor of, or the grant by such Guarantor of a security interest to secure, such Swap Obligation (or any Guarantee thereof) is or becomes illegal under the Commodity Exchange Act or any rule, regulation or order of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (or the application or official interpretation of any thereof) by virtue of such Guarantor’s failure for any reason to constitute an ECP at the time the Guarantee of such Guarantor or the grant of such security interest becomes or would become effective with respect to such Swap Obligation. If a Swap Obligation arises under a master agreement governing more than one swap, such exclusion shall apply only to the portion of such Swap Obligation that is attributable to swaps for which such Guarantee or security interest is or becomes illegal.

  • Cash Settlement shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a).

  • Master Settlement Agreement means the settlement agreement and related documents entered into on November 23, 1998, by the state and leading United States tobacco product manufacturers.

  • Guarantor Subordinated Obligation means, with respect to a Guarantor, any Indebtedness of such Guarantor (whether outstanding on the Issue Date or thereafter Incurred) that is expressly subordinated in right of payment to the obligations of such Guarantor under its Note Guarantee pursuant to a written agreement.
