Lead Arranger Fee Letter definition

Lead Arranger Fee Letter means the lead arranger fee letter dated February 5, 2013 between the Borrower, Bank of Montreal and The Bank of Nova Scotia with respect to, inter alia, the payment of certain fees.

Lead Arranger Fee Letter means that certain Lead Arranger Fee Letter dated as of November 12, 2019, between the Borrower, Mizuho and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.
