lead assessor means a person, either authorized to act as an enforcing officer under the housing code or a designated employee of a federal, state or municipal agency with jurisdiction over housing, occupational health, child welfare and/or environmental standards who successfully completed a Lead Assessor training course and obtained a license, pursuant to this Part, to conduct lead inspections.
