Lead Loader classification will be deleted from the agreement and all existing Lead Loaders will become Lead Hands as per this XXX. • Lead Hands shall be paid the negotiated “Lead Hand” rate of pay but are not considered a classification for the purposes of this agreement other than for computing overtime pay, vacation pay, bereavement pay and statutory holiday pay. • Lead Hands shall be part of the Warehouse Person classification or Clerical classification for the purposes of bumping, overtime, layoff, recall etc. excluding the posting procedure.
