LEAGUE Marks definition

LEAGUE Marks means the trade names of the LEAGUE and its program trademarks that may be amended or supplemented by LEAGUE from time to time.
LEAGUE Marks. National Football League", "NFL", "National Football Conference", "American Football Conference", "NFC", "AFC", "Super Bowl", "Pro Bowl", the NFL Shield design, and other identifying symbols, slogans and indicia adopted for commercial purposes by the NFL.
LEAGUE Marks means the names, nicknames, slogans, emblems, logotypes, insignias, designs, artwork, trophies, uniforms, uniform designs, helmet designs, trademarks, trade names, service marks, trade dress, mascots (including all names and designs thereof), and stadium names and designs, that at any time were or are owned, applied to be registered or registered, controlled, cleared for use by, or on behalf of, or licensed by, any of the League Entities.
