Lease Charges definition

Lease Charges means lease (or rent) charges calculated and determined based on the Lease Rate.
Lease Charges means the charges for the Lease Period calculated in accordance with the Proposal, or such other rate confirmed by us in writing, as may be amended in accordance with this Agreement;
Lease Charges shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 9.2.

Examples of Lease Charges in a sentence

  • Each Lessee will pay Rent due and payable on a monthly basis as set forth in this Clause 4 (Rent and Lease Charges).

  • Upon receipt by Lessor of the Casualty Loss Value: (i) the applicable Equipment shall be removed from the Lease Schedule; and (ii) Lessee’s obligation to pay Lease Charges associated with the applicable Equipment shall cease.

  • The Lease Charges shall be paid by Lessee monthly in advance with the first full month's payment due on the Commencement Date.

  • Lessee agrees to pay to Lessor the Lease Charges in accordance with the Lease Schedule(s), and the payments shall be made at Lessor's address indicated thereon.

  • Except for the description of the Leased Part, the Lease Term, the Leased Part delivery and return locations and the Lease Charges (defined below in Paragraph 12.4), all other terms and conditions appearing on any order form or other document pertaining to Leased Parts will be deemed inapplicable, and in lieu thereof the terms and conditions of this Paragraph 12 will prevail.

  • Annual Land Lease Charges as specified in Land Sub Lease Agreement shall be payable by SPD to the SPPD in accordance with terms and conditions laid out in Land Sub Lease Agreement.

  • The Lease Charges shall be paid by Lessee monthly in advance with the first full month’s payment due on the Commencement Date.

  • In addition to the Lease Charges set forth in Section 3, the Lessee shall reimburse Lessor for all license or registration fees, assessments, sales and use taxes, rental taxes, gross receipts taxes, personal property taxes and other taxes now or hereafter imposed by any government, agency, province or otherwise upon the Equipment, the Lease Charges or upon the ownership, leasing, renting, purchase, possession or use of the Equipment, whether the same be assessed to Lessor or Lessee (the “Taxes”).

  • Lessee agrees to pay to Lessor the Lease Charges in accordance with the Lease Schedule(s), and the payments shall be made at Lessor’s address indicated thereon.

  • The lease charges for the Equipment leased pursuant to this Lease Agreement shall be the aggregate "Monthly Lease Charge(s)" as set forth on each and every Lease Schedule executed pursuant hereto (the aggregate "Monthly Lease Charge(s)" are the "Lease Charges").
