Lease Charges definition

Lease Charges means lease (or rent) charges calculated and determined based on the Lease Rate.
Lease Charges means the charges for the Lease Period calculated in accordance with the Proposal, or such other rate confirmed by us in writing, as may be amended in accordance with this Agreement;
Lease Charges shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 9.2.

  • Annual Land Lease Charges as specified in Land Sub Lease Agreement shall be payable by SPD to the SPPD in accordance with terms and conditions laid out in Land Sub Lease Agreement.

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.

  • Rent as used in this Section 21 shall be deemed to be and to mean all sums of every nature required to be paid by Tenant pursuant to the terms of this Lease, whether to Landlord or to others. As used in Sections 21(c)(ii)(A) and (B), above, the “worth at the time of award” shall be computed by allowing interest at the Default Rate. As used in Section 21(c)(ii)(C) above, the “worth at the time of award” shall be computed by discounting such amount at the discount rate of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco at the time of award plus 1%.
