Leasing Documents definition

Leasing Documents means the following documents for each Lease, as the same from time to time may be amended or supplemented:
Leasing Documents shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 5.21(a).
Leasing Documents. ’ means the Bareboat Charter, the Memorandum of Agreement, the Deed of Guarantee, the Ancillary Documents, and any other documents designated as a Leasing Document by the Owner and the Charterer (and any document assigned and/or secured thereunder), in each case, as amended and/or supplemented from time to time

Examples of Leasing Documents in a sentence

  • All replacements, repairs, rebuilding or restoration made pursuant to Sections 7.1 or 7.2 hereof, whether or not requiring the expenditure of the Company’s own moneys shall automatically become part of the Project Facility and subject to the Leasing Documents as if the same were specifically described herein.

  • Except as otherwise provided in the Leasing Documents and the Project Agreement, the Agency shall not, directly, or indirectly, create or authorize to be created, any mortgage, lien, encumbrance or other charge upon, or pledge of, the Project or the Agency's interest therein (except for Permitted Encumbrances), without the Company's prior written consent.

  • Subsequent to the Closing Date, the Company shall be entitled to use the Project Facility in any manner not otherwise prohibited by the Leasing Documents, provided that such use (1) causes the Project Facility to qualify or continue to qualify as a “project” under the Act and (2) does not tend, in the reasonable judgment of the Lessor, to bring the Project Facility into disrepute as a public project.

  • Any failure to provide the indemnity required in this Section 12.10 shall not affect the full force and effect of an Event of Default under any of the Leasing Documents.

  • Except as otherwise provided in the Leasing Documents, neither the Agency nor the Company shall assign or transfer this Company Lease Agreement, nor sublease the whole or any part of the Project leased hereby.


More Definitions of Leasing Documents

Leasing Documents means the Company Lease Agreement, the Bill of Sale to the Lessor, this Agency Lease, the Project Agreement and any other document now or hereafter executed by the Lessor and the Company in connection with the Project Facility, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Leasing Documents means this Lease Agreement, the PILOT Agreement and any other document now or hereafter executed by the Lessor and the Lessee in connection with the Project Facility.
Leasing Documents shall have the meaning set forth in the Lease Agreement, and includes this Uniform Agency Project Agreement.
Leasing Documents shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals of this Agreement.

Related to Leasing Documents

  • Operative Documents means the Purchase Agreement, the Indenture, the Trust Agreement, the Guarantee Agreement, the Notes and the Trust Securities.

  • Operating Documents are, for any Person, such Person’s formation documents, as certified by the Secretary of State (or equivalent agency) of such Person’s jurisdiction of organization on a date that is no earlier than thirty (30) days prior to the Effective Date, and, (a) if such Person is a corporation, its bylaws in current form, (b) if such Person is a limited liability company, its limited liability company agreement (or similar agreement), and (c) if such Person is a partnership, its partnership agreement (or similar agreement), each of the foregoing with all current amendments or modifications thereto.

  • Closing Documents means the papers, instruments and documents required to be executed and delivered at the Closing pursuant to this Agreement;

  • Related Agreements shall have the meaning specified in the recitals to the Administration Agreement.

  • Bidding Documents means the set of Bidding Documents that preceded the placement of the Contract of which these GCC form a part, which were sold or issued by the Purchaser to potential Bidders, and in which the specifications, terms and conditions of the proposed procurement were prescribed.

  • Financing Documents means collectively the documents evidencing Lenders’ commitment to finance the Project.
