Legacy Notes Trustee definition

Legacy Notes Trustee means Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, and The Bank of New York Mellon, in their capacities as trustee or as successor trustee under the Legacy Notes Indenture, as applicable, and any predecessors and successors in such capacity.
Legacy Notes Trustee means Wilmington Trust, National Association, in its capacity as indenture trustee and notes collateral agent under the Legacy Notes Indenture, or any indenture trustee as permitted by the terms set forth in the Legacy Notes Indenture.
