Legacy Stock Option Plan definition

Legacy Stock Option Plan means the stock option plan of the Company;
Legacy Stock Option Plan means the Legacy Bancorp, Inc. 2006 Equity Incentive Plan.
Legacy Stock Option Plan means Legacy's written Stock Option Plan as described in Schedule 3.5.
