Advocacy means acting in support or a cause or proposal.
Legal Advice as used herein shall be solely and exclusively limited to the advice provided by legal counsel stating legal rights, duties, liabilities and defenses and shall not include factual information or the formulation or analysis of business strategy.
Victim advocate means a person who provides support and assistance for a person who files a petition under this section.
Legal Adviser means the properly qualified person appointed by the Trust to provide legal advice.
Political advertising means a communication supporting or opposing a candidate for nomination or election to a public office or office of a political party, a political party, a public officer, or a measure that:
Medical Advice means any consultation or advice from a Medical Practitioner including the issuance of any prescription or follow-up prescription.
Legal Advisor means the officer responsible for providing legal advice to the Standards Committee. This may be the Monitoring Officer, another legally qualified officer of the authority, or someone appointed for this purpose from outside the authority.

Consumer advocate means the consumer advocate referred to in Iowa Code chapter 475A.
Tourism means economic activity resulting from tourists, which may include sales of overnight lodging, meals, tours, gifts, or souvenirs.
Advocate means a person other than paid staff who has been selected by the individual or by the individual's legal representative to help the individual understand and make choices in matters relating to identification of needs and choices of services, especially when rights are at risk or have been violated.
Ombudsman means the Company Ombudsman of AllianceBernstein, or any of his/her staff members.
Ombudsperson means the Ombudsperson of British Columbia;
General Advertising means “general solicitation” and “general advertising”, respectively, as used under Rule 502(c) of Regulation D, including, without limitation, advertisements, articles, notices or other communications published in any newspaper, magazine or similar media or the internet or broadcast over radio or television or the internet, or any seminar or meeting whose attendees had been invited by general solicitation or general advertising;
Plagiarism means to take and present as one's own a material portion of the ideas or words of another or to present as one's own an idea or work derived from an existing source without full and proper credit to the source of the ideas, words, or works. Plagiarism includes, but is not limited to:
market surveillance authority means an authority of a Member State responsible for carrying out market surveillance on its territory;
Enforcement agency means any agency granted authority to enforce the Federal labor laws. It includes the enforcement components of DOL (Wage and Hour Division, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission, and the National Labor Relations Board. It also means a State agency designated to administer an OSHA-approved State Plan, but only to the extent that the State agency is acting in its capacity as administrator of such plan. It does not include other Federal agencies which, in their capacity as contracting agencies, conduct investigations of potential labor law violations. The enforcement agencies associated with each labor law under E.O. 13673 are–
Tourist means a person who travels from a place of residence to a different town, city, county, state, or country, for purposes of business, pleasure, recreation, education, arts, heritage, or culture.
Counselor means a juvenile department counselor or a county juvenile probation officer.
Certified counselor means an individual who is certified by a training program or certifying organization, approved by the director, that authenticates the competence of individuals who provide education and assistance to other individuals in connection with debt counseling and financial counseling functions.
Undisclosed Administration means in relation to a Lender the appointment of an administrator, provisional liquidator, conservator, receiver, trustee, custodian or other similar official by a supervisory authority or regulator under or based on the law in the country where such Lender is subject to home jurisdiction supervision if applicable law requires that such appointment is not to be publicly disclosed.
Lobbying means the advocacy of an interest that is affected, actually or potentially by the procurement process or individuals involved in the procurement process including seeking to influence the outcome of the procurement process or subsequent award of a contract.
Health Authority means the regional health board designated under the Health Authority Act, RSBC 1996, c.180, or the Provincial Health Services Authority, to which the Participant is designated under Schedule 1 (Return of Service Placement Process) of this Contract, unless designated otherwise by the Province;
Civil Enforcement Officer means a person authorised by or on behalf of Lancashire County Council in accordance with Section 76 of the Traffic Management Act 2004;
Highway authority means the state highway commission, a board of county road commissioners or the governing body of a city or village.
Patent Cooperation Treaty means the Patent Cooperation Treaty done at Washington on June 19, 1970;
