ACCESS AND PARTICIPATION. Upon successful registration and payment, participants will receive access credentials to the virtual platform hosting the Event as a booth holder (Exhibitor) or a ticket holder (Attendee). • Access credentials are strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials is strictly prohibited. • Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials. • Exhibitors are responsible for designing and maintaining the look and feel of their virtual booth and submitting any designs, copy and imagery in a timely manner in line with requested dates. Failure to do so may result in updates being denied. • Access for Attendees is strictly limited to one attendee per ticket purchased.

The Program may be modified or terminated without prior notice and this Agreement is subject to modifications by Sponsor.

ACCESS AND PARTICIPATION. In order to increase access and participation of people from under-represented groups, and in particular people from low SES and regional backgrounds, the University has developed a number of outreach programmes and initiatives detailed below. . Consultation is undertaken with the ACT Education Department and Training Directorate and the NSW Department of Education and Communities regarding these programmes and the appropriate schools in which to deliver such programmes.

If any EEM is to be installed in any facilities where Customer is a tenant, Customer represents that it has obtained the property owner’s permission to install the EEM. Customer agrees not to use the name or identifying characteristics of Sponsor or its contractors for any advertising, sales promotion, or other publicity of any kind. Customer also confirms that it has not and will not receive rebates, incentives or services for any measures installed under the SEM Program from another program funded by Sponsor. Sponsor may modify or terminate the SEM Program, provided that any modifications will only be prospective and effective 60 days after CLEAResult provides written notice of the modification to Customer, and provided further that if the CPUC requires that changes to the SEM Program go into effect in less than 60 days, CLEAResult will promptly notify Customer in writing of such modifications. If Sponsor makes modifications to the SEM Program, Customer may terminate this Agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice to CLEAResult. CLEAResult may need to revise Terms and Conditions at the request of Sponsor in accordance with CPUC direction, and in such a case CLEAResult will provide County with revised Terms and Conditions and County will reasonably cooperate.

Customer acknowledges its intent to have LCSs installed. Customer agrees to allow I&M and Contractor to access its facilities, energy use and cost information for the purposes of implementing this Agreement. If Customer is a tenant, Customer represents that by signing this document he or she has obtained the property owner’s permission to install LCSs under this Agreement. Customer agrees not to use the name or identifying characteristics of I&M or its contractors for any advertising, sales promotion, or other publicity of any kind. Customer agrees to participate in the Program for at least twelve (12) months. Customer also confirms that it has not and will not enroll in a conflicting demand response or direct load control program with I&M that effects its use of the residential electric water heater. The Program may be modified or terminated without prior notice and this Agreement is subject to modifications by I&M. Customer agrees that its participation in the Program does not guarantee any bill credits or other benefits to Customer.

If Customer is a tenant, Customer represents that by signing this document, he or she has obtained the property owner’s permission to install DR under this Agreement. Customer agrees not to use the name or identifying characteristics of I&M or its Contractors for any advertising, sales promotion, or other publicity of any kind. Customer also confirms that it has not and will not receive rebates, incentives or services for any measures installed under this Program from another program funded by I&M. The Program may be modified or terminated without prior notice and this Agreement is subject to modifications by I&M.
