During regular office hours, Member may obtain in-office or virtual (phone or video) consultations (“visits”) with their Physician. • For Virtual Consultations, where the Physician considers such a visit reasonably necessary and appropriate, he will make every reasonable effort to comply with Member’s request. • For follow-up visits, the typical follow-up schedule is every 4-8 weeks, but this may be increased or decreased dependent on the circumstances of Member’s case (condition being treated, complexity, clinical progress, etc.), as determined by their Physician.
