Virtual Visits a. Telehealth Services are live, interactive audio and visual transmissions of a Physician-patient encounter from one site to another, using telecommunications technologies and may include transmissions of real-time telecommunications or those transmitted by store-and-forward technology.

Virtual Visits. Covered Services received through Virtual Visits do not require Prior Authorization unless the Covered Service would require Prior Authorization if provided in person. The Insured does not have to establish a relationship with a Virtual Visit Provider to receive services. SHL does not require the Provider delivering Virtual Visits to demonstrate the necessity to provide services through Virtual Visits or to receive additional certifications or licenses to provide Virtual Visits. Certificate of Coverage SHL will not refuse to provide coverage because of the distant site fromwhich the contracted Virtual Visit Provider provides Covered Services or the originating site at which the Insured receives Virtual Visit Covered Services. SHLwill not require Covered Services to be provided through Virtual Visits as a condition of coverage.

Virtual Visits. Virtual visits for Covered Health Care Services that include the diagnosis and treatment of less serious medical conditions through live audio and video technology. Virtual visits provide communication of medical information in real-time between the patient and a distant Physician or health specialist, through use of live audio and video technology outside of a medical facility (for example, from home or from work). Network Benefits are available only when services are delivered through a Designated Virtual Network Provider. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.
