Lender Expense Amount definition

Lender Expense Amount means the reasonable and documented fees and out-of-pocket expenses of Lender incurred in connection with the making of the Loan, including legal fees and expenses and expenses incurred in connection with Lender’s due diligence investigation, in an amount not to exceed $300,000 less any amounts paid by Borrower prior to the Closing Date.
Lender Expense Amount means $500,000.
Lender Expense Amount means, at any time, any cost, expense or other amount, other than any amount attributable to the Actual Debt Service Amount, owed under this Agreement, and not paid as of such time.

Related to Lender Expense Amount

  • Lender Expenses are all audit fees and expenses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) for preparing, amending, negotiating, administering, defending and enforcing the Loan Documents (including, without limitation, those incurred in connection with appeals or Insolvency Proceedings) or otherwise incurred with respect to Borrower.

  • Expense Amount As defined in Section 11.01(b) hereof.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amount has the meaning stated in Section 4.4(b) of the Servicing Supplement.

  • Reconciliation Amount has the meaning given to it in paragraph 9.9 of Schedule 9.1 (Financial and Other Consequences of Change);
