LENGTH OF THE WORKING DAY definition

LENGTH OF THE WORKING DAY. Due to the nature of the duties to be performed by the “EMPLOYEE” in connection to its position, same which are considered trust duties, it will distribute his daily working schedule in accordance to the “COMPANY”’s operating requirements.
LENGTH OF THE WORKING DAY. The daily working schedule of the EMPLOYEE will be of 48 hours per week, this hours will be distributed by the COMPANY according to its necessities established by the Article 59 of the Federal Labor Law the “EMPLOYEE” has expressed that he will accomplish his responsibilities and develop his services according the COMPANY requirements, as well as his daily working schedule in accordance to the “COMPANY”’s operating requirements obtaining some benefit for both parts.

Related to LENGTH OF THE WORKING DAY

  • Non-working Day means any day upon which an employee, pursuant to the terms of the contract of employment, is not available to the employer for the purposes of rostering the ordinary hours of work.

  • Working Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which banks are open for business in the City of London.

  • Loan Commencement Date means, with respect to each Growth Capital Loan: (a) the first day of the first full calendar month following the Borrowing Date of such Loan if such Borrowing Date is not the first day of a month; or (b) the same day as the Borrowing Date if the Borrowing Date is the first day of a month.

  • Infested area means any of the following:

  • Scheduled Trading Day means a day that is scheduled to be a Trading Day on the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange or market on which the Common Stock is listed or admitted for trading. If the Common Stock is not so listed or admitted for trading, “Scheduled Trading Day” means a Business Day.

  • Loan Period means with respect to any LIBOR Rate Loan, the period commencing on such LIBOR Rate Loan’s Funding Date, the date of the Conversion of any Base Rate Loan into such LIBOR Rate Loan or the date of the Continuation of such LIBOR Rate Loan for a new Loan Period and ending one week or one, two, three or six months thereafter as selected by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.2(a); provided, however, that:

  • Planned Outage means the removal of equipment from service availability for inspection and/or general overhaul of one or more major equipment groups. To qualify as a Planned Outage, the maintenance (a) must actually be conducted during the Planned Outage, and in Seller’s sole discretion must be of the type that is necessary to reliably maintain the Project, (b) cannot be reasonably conducted during Project operations, and (c) causes the generation level of the Project to be reduced by at least ten percent (10%) of the Contract Capacity.

  • Excused Outage means any disruption to or unavailability of Services caused by or due to (i) Scheduled Maintenance,

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Date of commencement of the project means the date of the agreement.

  • Work Day means any day that an Employee is regularly scheduled to work and for which the Employee receives payment from the Employer.

  • Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the date of the Completion Certificate;

  • Service Commencement Date means the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service pursuant to the terms of an executed Service Agreement, or the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service in accordance with Tariff, Part II, section 15.3 or Tariff, Part III, section 29.1.

  • Billing Commencement Date means the earlier of:

  • specified area (“ardal benodedig”) means an area which is specified in a condition to the service provider’s registration as a place in relation to which the service is to be provided;

  • Offering Commencement Date means the first day of each Offering Period.

  • Blighted area means an area in which a majority of buildings have declined in productivity by reason of obsolescence, depreciation or other causes to an extent they no longer justify fundamental repairs and adequate maintenance.

  • Guaranteed Commercial Operation Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(c)(i).

  • Interruption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5 hereof.

  • Scheduled Outage means the final outage plan as approved by the RPC as per the provisions of the Grid Code;

  • Amortization Commencement Date means the date on which an Amortization Event is deemed to occur pursuant to Section 20 hereof.

  • commencement day means the day on which the State Administrative Tribunal (Conferral of Jurisdiction) Amendment and Repeal Act 2004 Part 2 Division 29 comes into operation;

  • Observation Period means the period from, and including, the First Trading Date to, and including, the Valuation Time on the Valuation Date.

  • Employees working on the project means laborers, workers, and mechanics employed directly upon the site of work.

  • Curtailment Period means a time period for which Seller is requested by CAISO or a Transmission Provider to curtail its Power Product for Force Majeure or otherwise.

  • Scheduled Commercial Operation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.4.1;
