Lessee Parties definition

Lessee Parties means, collectively, Lessee and any guarantors of the Lease (including, in each case, any predecessors in interest).
Lessee Parties means and include each and all of Lessee and Lessee’s trustees, members, managers, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, assigns and any successors to Lessee’s interest in the Property.

Lessee Parties shall have the meaning specified in Section 19.1.
Lessee Parties means, individually or collectively, Lessee, its Affiliates and any of their authorized representatives, agents, employees, managers, contractors, architects, and engineers, and each of their respective officers, directors, partners, members, managers, agents, employees, representatives, and invitees.
