Lessee Parties definition

Lessee Parties means, collectively, Lessee and any guarantors of the Lease (including, in each case, any predecessors in interest).

Lessee Parties means and include each and all of Lessee and Lessee’s trustees, members, managers, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, assigns and any successors to Lessee’s interest in the Property.

Lessee Parties. The term “Lessor Parties” shall mean and include each and all of Lessor and Lessor’s trustees, members, managers, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, assigns and any successors to Lessor’s interest in the Premises, and (b) “Lessee Parties” shall mean and include each and all of Lessee and Lessee’s trustees, members, managers, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, assigns and any successors to Lessee’s interest in the Property.

• No event shall have occurred or condition shall exist or information shall have been disclosed by Borrower or discovered by Lender which has had or would be reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect on the Premises, any of the Borrower Parties or Lessee Parties or Lender’s willingness to consummate the transaction contemplated by this Agreement, as determined by Lender in its sole and absolute discretion.

• Lessee acknowledges that a fair return to Lessor on its investment in the Leased Property is dependent, in part, on the concentration during the Term of, as applicable, the senior housing businesses of the Lessee Parties in the geographical area of the Leased Property.

• The duty to defend applies regardless of whether the issues of negligence, liability, fault, default, or other obligation on the part of Lessee Parties have been determined.

• The Lessee acknowledges and agrees that the Lessee shall be liable for all claims for personal injury, property damage or other liabilities, including expenses or other obligations arising out of or relating to the use of the Facilities and event accessories by the Lessee Parties.

More Definitions of Lessee Parties

Lessee Parties shall have the meaning specified in Section 19.1.

Lessee Parties means, individually or collectively, Lessee, its Affiliates and any of their authorized representatives, agents, employees, managers, contractors, architects, and engineers, and each of their respective officers, directors, partners, members, managers, agents, employees, representatives, and invitees.

The term “County Parties” refers singularly and collectively to County and its elected officials, officers, directors, affiliated entities, agents, servants, and employees.

Lessee Parties is defined in Section 6.6.

Lessee Parties means Lessee, Atlas and Atlas Holdings.
