Lessee Project Components definition

Lessee Project Components means the South Concourse, Lessee=s Central Ticketing Facility, Lessee=s Terminal C-East Garage ATO Facility and Lessee=s Terminal E Baggage System Improvements, all as more fully described in Exhibits "A-1," "A-2," "A-3" and "A-4" of Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, together with any modifications, additions or reductions thereto approved by the Director.
Lessee Project Components means the Terminal B South Concourse, the Terminal B North Concourse, the Terminal B ATO Facility, the Terminal B Baggage System Enhancement, the Second FIS/Interim Terminal B ATO, and the Terminal B Baggage Claim Expansion, all as more fully described in exhibits to the Lease, together with any modifications, additions or reductions thereto approved by the Director; the square footage provided in the applicable exhibits are approximations and may vary from the final square footage of the ultimately completed Lessee Project Components.
Lessee Project Components means the South Concourse, Lessee=s Central Ticketing Facility, Lessee=s Terminal C-East Garage ATO Facility and Lessee=s Terminal E Baggage System Improvements, all as more fully described in Exhibits "▇-▇," "▇-▇," "▇-▇" and "A-4" of Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, together with any modifications, additions or reductions thereto approved by the Director.

Examples of Lessee Project Components in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if an Event of Phase Termination has occurred as to both Phases, then prior to using any remaining monies to complete the Lessee Project Components of the Phase as to which the Event of Phase Termination has last occurred, all Bonds, if any, that remain Outstanding shall first be redeemed to the extent of such remaining monies.

  • The Ground Lease Properties shall be used solely for the purpose of constructing, equipping, acquiring, operating and maintaining the Lessee Project Components and related authorized purposes.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the City shall diligently use its Best Efforts to issue, sell and deliver the Series 2001 Bonds in amounts sufficient to pay the Costs of the Lessee Project Components, which amounts shall be established in the Trust Indenture.

  • The Construction Fund created pursuant to the Trust Indenture shall initially contain two sub-accounts (the "Construction Accounts"), one for each Phase, into which the net proceeds of the Allocated Bond Amounts for the construction of the Lessee Project Components in each Phase shall be placed.

  • To the extent Lessee is not responsible for such pre-existing condition, following notification of the Director, the City will use its Best Efforts to promptly remediate such condition (to the extent required by applicable environmental laws, regulations or decrees) and minimize interference with Lessee=s business operations or the Lessee Project Components.

  • The Easements shall be used solely for the purpose of constructing, equipping, acquiring, operating and maintaining the Lessee Project Components and related authorized purposes.

  • If any funds remain in the Construction Account after the Substantial Completion of the Lessee Project Components in such Phase, such funds shall be transferred to the Construction Account for the other Phase to be used for all purposes for which such Construction Account may be used hereunder or under the Trust Indenture or, if the Lessee Project Components in the other Phase have already been Substantially Completed, such funds shall be applied as set forth in Section 4.7(e) of the Indenture.

  • In this regard, there shall be executed and delivered to the City the Deed and ▇▇▇▇ of Sale for Lessee Project Components, after completion thereof, as set forth in Exhibit "D" and such further documentation as shall be reasonably requested by the City to confirm and further evidence the City's acquisition of title to the Lessee Project Components in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • The Lessee has full and exclusive responsibility for ascertaining the suitability of the Lessee Project Components, Easements, and Ground Lease Properties for their intended use.

  • For the Lessee Project Components, the City shall have no maintenance obligations.
