Letter of Acknowledgement definition

Letter of Acknowledgement means a letter of acknowledgement in the form set out in Appendix 1 of this Annex signed by you.
Letter of Acknowledgement signed by your attorney, says that the attorney has gone through the lease with you and explained its meaning.  The “Letter of Agreement”, signed by you, says you understand and accept the requirements of the ground lease.
Letter of Acknowledgement has the meaning ascribed to it in Recital B. “Letter of Transmittal” has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.10(a).
