Letter of Authority Form the form which We provide to You and You must sign and return to Us to enable Us to obtain information and documentation from the Bank on Your behalf. “Letter of Instruction” – the letter which We may send to You at Our discretion following receipt of Your signed copy of these Terms confirming that We are willing to provide the Services for You and setting out further details relevant to Our appointment such as details of the applicable Claim and Bank.
