LETTER OF OCCUPANCY definition

LETTER OF OCCUPANCY means a Letter of Occupancy issued by the Chief Building Official subsequent to final inspection of a dwelling, as required by Section 35 hereof.
LETTER OF OCCUPANCY means a Letter of Occupancy issued by the Chief Building Official subsequent to final inspection of a dwelling, as required by Section 11.6 hereof.
