Letter of Sector Policy definition

Letter of Sector Policy means the Lettre de Politique Sectorielle setting forth the Recipient’s policy for the energy sector, dated March 20, 2009 and signed by the Recipient’s Minister of Finance.
Letter of Sector Policy means the letter from the Recipient to the Association referred to in Section 3.03 of this Agreement;
Letter of Sector Policy means the letter to be submitted to the Association by the Borrower describing the Program, as defined below;

More Definitions of Letter of Sector Policy

Letter of Sector Policy means the Recipient’s letter dated furnished to the Association describing the set of policies adopted by the Recipient necessary to achieve, among other things, the Project development objective.
