Letter of Sector Policy definition

Letter of Sector Policy means the Lettre de Politique Sectorielle setting forth the Recipient’s policy for the energy sector, dated March 20, 2009 and signed by the Recipient’s Minister of Finance.
Letter of Sector Policy means the Lettre de Politique Sectorielle dated February 27, 2009 and signed by the Recipient’s Minister of Finance.
