Level 3 violation definition

Level 3 violation means a violation which poses a substan- tial hazard or threat to life or property in the event of a fire.

Examples of Level 3 violation in a sentence

  • The commission of any Level 4 violation, the commission of a Level 2 violation and a Level 3 violation, or the commission of at least three Level 1 through Level 3 violations.
