LIBOR Revolving Loan definition

LIBOR Revolving Loan means a Revolving Loan during any period in which it bears interest based on the LIBOR Rate.
LIBOR Revolving Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the LIBOR Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

LIBOR Revolving Loan means, with respect to any Interest Period for any Revolving Loan that is a LIBOR Rate Loan, the rate, as determined by Administrative Agent, for deposits in Dollars for the one (1), two (2), three (3) or six (6) month period (corresponding to the applicable Interest Period) appearing on the Reuters Screen LIBOR01 page as of 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the second full Business Day next preceding the first day of each Interest Period.
