User Guide. A guide intended for Subscribers which sets forth the Subscriber’s commitments regarding usage of the vehicles used by the subscriber (whether for round-trips or single-direction trips) and as subject to the provisions set forth within this contract, as may be updated from time to time by the Company. The most updated terms of the User Guides (How2Go Guides) are published on the Company’s website.

Within thirty days of the Joint Announcement Date, Lyft shall create a written user guide for riders with Service Animals that contains the following information: a statement of Riders’ rights to travel with service animals; a summary of Lyft’s Service Animal Policy; instructions on how to submit Service Animal Complaints, including the link to the form described in Section 1(g)(i)(a) and the number to the Service Animal Complaint Hotline. Lyft shall obtain Claimants’ approval regarding the content and format of the user guide before distributing it. Claimants shall not unreasonably withhold their approval.

(c) The Company may update and amend the User Guide as it considers appropriate.
(d) The Company must, as soon as reasonably practicable, make available to and update the Customer of any amendment to the User Guide.
(e) The Customer must procure that all Users follow and otherwise comply with the User Guide as updated from time to time.
(f) The Customer must, and must procure that the Users:
(i) keep the User Guide confidential; and
(ii) upon demand by the Company, or at the end of the Term, permanently delete all copies of the User Guide, including superseded copies.
User Guide. A2.1.1 The Contractor must provide a brief user guide, which provides the Client’s personnel wishing to make use of the service (the User) with details of the: types service available; type of equipment covered; ordering procedure; including phone, fax and e-mail options; repair cost/charging details; preventative maintenance request for quotation template; ‘ad hoc’ repair request form
User Guide. 3.1 The Client agrees to abide by the procedures and instructions set out in the relevant user guide(s) (as may be amended, superseded or replaced from time to time) in respect of any item of the EBS which the Client wishes to access or avail itself of. Longbridge NZ reserves the right to amend, vary or supplement any user guide(s) or prescribe any additional user guide(s) relating to the EBS.
