Licence Revenue definition

Licence Revenue means the royalties, licence fees, and other proceeds (all excluding VAT) received by the Company directly from the Company’s Administration of the Administered IP Rights (to be determined and attributed by the Board in applying the Payment Rules);
Licence Revenue means such sums as are collected by the Corporation in respect of the issue and renewal of television licences under section 1 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949;
