Should the Licencing Authority deem it necessary, the Licensee must undertake a side scan sonar survey in grid lines (within operational and safety constraints) across the area of the Works, to include cable routes and vessel access routes from local service port(s) to the Site to locate the substances or objects.
Should the Works be discontinued prior to Completion of the Works, the Licensee must inform the Licencing Authority in writing of the discontinuation of the Works.
