Licensed Collateral definition

Licensed Collateral means Connexus® and all technology, programs, services, and materials hosted thereon to which Customer is granted access, the Curriculum, all tangible and intangible education materials and other proprietary and copyright protected works to which Customer is granted a right of use (whether in digital, print or both and including third party content contained therein or linked to therefrom), all Connections Education LLC trademarks, and the trade name “Colorado Connections Academy @ Mapleton”.

Possessory Collateral includes, without limitation, any Certificated Securities, Promissory Notes, Instruments, and Chattel Paper, in each case, delivered to or in the possession of the Collateral Agent under the terms of the First-Lien Security Documents.

  • ABL Collateral means all of the assets and property of any Grantor, whether real, personal or mixed, with respect to which a Lien is granted as security for any ABL Obligations.

  • Pledged Collateral has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.01.

  • Collateral has the meaning specified in the Granting Clause of this Indenture.

  • Pledged or Controlled Collateral has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.05(a).
