Licensed Personnel definition

Licensed Personnel means any Person (including any physician) involved in the delivery of health care or medical items, services or supplies, employed or retained by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.

Licensed Personnel. OR "LICENSED PERSON" means any

Licensed Personnel means any persons employed to instruct students or to administer, direct, or supervise the instructional program in a school in the state that hold a valid license or authorization pursuant to the provision of article 60.5 of title 22, Colorado Revised Statutes.

Licensed Personnel means a physician licensed under chapter 370 of the general statutes, a dentist licensed under chapter 379 of the general statutes, and a registered nurse licensed under chapter 378 of the general statutes, and a licensed practical nurse licensed under chapter 378 of the general statutes practicing under the direction of a registered nurse.
