Licensed Products(s) means any product or part thereof in the Licensed Field of Use, the manufacture, use or sale of which is covered by a valid claim of an issued, unexpired Licensed Patent(s) directed to the Invention(s). A claim of an issued, unexpired Licensed Patent(s) shall be presumed to be valid unless and until it has been held to be invalid by a final judgement of a court of competent jurisdiction form which no appeal can be or is taken.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Licensed producer means a person or entity licensed to produce medical cannabis.
