Licensor Group definition

Licensor Group means one of the UTC Group, the Otis Group, or the Carrier Group of which the Licensor Party is a member.

Licensor Group shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(b).

Licensor Group means Licensor and each of its affiliates (including without limitation Brickyard Trademarks, Inc. and Indianapolis Motor Speedway, LLC) and its licensors (including without limitation Entrants, Drivers, and sponsors), and their respective owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, members, successors and assigns.

Examples of Licensor Group in a sentence

• Each of the Licensor and the Licensee may assign or otherwise transfer their respective rights and obligations under this Agreement to a Licensor Group Company or a Licensee Group Company respectively without consent of the other party.

• Licensee’s Insurance Policy and all other liability policies, any Licensee excess policies, any Licensee workers’ compensation policies, and all other liability policies maintained by Licensee must waive the insurer’s right of subrogation against the Licensor Group.

• Partner shall not remove, delete or in any manner alter the Trademarks or other Intellectual Property Rights notices of Licensor, Group Companies and Licensor's suppliers, if any, appearing on the Software or Licensor Materials as delivered to Partner.

More Definitions of Licensor Group

Licensor Group means Licensor and its Affiliates, and each of their respective Representatives.
