Examples of Licensor Regulations in a sentence

  • During times other than during UNLV Events, Licensor shall provide designated Licensee personnel with reasonable access to the UNLV Event Facilities, provided that such access shall be requested in advance, shall not unreasonably interfere with other events taking place at the Stadium or UNLV Event Facilities and shall be subject to Licensor Regulations.
