Light vehicles definition

Light vehicles means motor vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating of 10,000 pounds or less.
Light vehicles means motor vehicles (other than Special Vehicles) having at least three wheels and a maximum permissible load not exceeding 3.5 tonnes.
