Liquidating Trust Claims means any and all Causes of Action against any Entity held or owned by the Plan Debtors’ Estates immediately prior to the Effective Date (whether asserted directly or derivatively) that have not been released or exculpated prior to confirmation or as part of this Plan.
Liquidating Trust Claims means the Avoidance Actions and the CVS Litigation Claims.
Liquidating Trust Claims means collectively, all Estate Causes of Action and all Contributed Non-Estate Causes of Action.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Plan, the filing of an Administrative Claim shall not be required in order to receive payment for any tax liability described in sections 503(b)(1)(B) and (C) in accordance with section 503(b)(1)(D) of the Bankruptcy Code.
