Liquidity Facility Purchase Account definition

Liquidity Facility Purchase Account means each account with that name established within the Bond Purchase Fund pursuant to Section 505(b).

Liquidity Facility Purchase Account means an account established for a Series of Variable Rate Bonds pursuant to Section 31-65.21(b).

Liquidity Facility Purchase Account means the special trust account so designated established by the Paying Agent pursuant to Section 2B.1(g).

• Amounts held in the Liquidity Facility Purchase Account and the Remarketing Proceeds Account by the Paying Agent shall be held uninvested and separate and apart from all other funds and accounts.

• The City may not exercise its right to effect a Voluntary Termination unless it can be demonstrated to the reasonable satisfaction of the Bank that immediately upon such Voluntary Termination there shall be sufficient funds on deposit in the Debt Service Fund or Liquidity Facility Purchase Account for the purpose of paying to the Bank all amounts owing pursuant to this Agreement (and any Bank Bonds).

• Amounts so held or available to be drawn under the Liquidity Facility for deposit in a Liquidity Facility Purchase Account shall not be available to pay the Purchase Price of Bonds of any subseries other than Bonds of a subseries that are supported by such Liquidity Facility.

Liquidity Facility Purchase Account means the account with that name established within the Certificate Purchase Fund pursuant to Section 401 of this Series 2014A Supplemental Trust Agreement.
