Liquidity Facility Purchase Account definition

Liquidity Facility Purchase Account means each account with that name established within the Bond Purchase Fund pursuant to Section 505(b).

Liquidity Facility Purchase Account means an account established for a Series of Variable Rate Bonds pursuant to Section 31-65.21(b).

More Definitions of Liquidity Facility Purchase Account

Liquidity Facility Purchase Account means the account with that name established within the Bond Purchase Fund pursuant to Section 28.27 hereof.
