Subject to receiving such notice and to the satisfaction of the applicable conditions set forth in Section 2.2 and Article III, each of the Committed Lenders in such Lender Group shall make an Advance in an amount equal to its Liquidity Percentage multiplied by the amount of each Advance which any Conduit Lender in such Lender Group has elected not to make at or before 3:00 p.m. (New York City time), on the applicable Funding Date and otherwise in accordance with Section 2.1(d).
