List of All Fees for PayCard International Visa Payroll Card is enclosed with this Agreement.
List of All Fees that accompanies the Card. All fees incurred will be deducted from your Card Account balance, except where prohibited by law. In the event your Card Account balance is less than the fee amount being assessed, the entire Card Account balance will be applied to the fee amount, and any unpaid fee amounts MAY RESULT IN THE FEE BEING PENDED UNTIL A LOAD IS RECEIVED, AT WHICH TIME THE FEE AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR CARD ACCOUNT. If there is a Pended Fee on your Card Account, any subsequent deposits or loads into your Card Account will first be applied to any negative balance and any Pended Fees. This means your remaining Card Account balance will be less than what you deposited into the Card Account. You may view Pended Fees by reviewing your transaction history at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx or by calling Cardholder Services at the number listed on the “List of All Fees.” Certain fee waivers or reductions may be applicable based on your state of employment as supplied to us by your Sponsoring Employer or your state of residence as described in the ‘List of All Fees.”

List of All Fees refers to the schedule that lists the fees and charges associated with the Card and its use.
List of All Fees reflects the fees that will be charged by the Program Manager. There may be other fees charged by third-party service providers (Green Dot), mobile check deposit (Ingo), ATM surcharges, etc. These third-party fees will be charged in addition to the fees indicated on the accompanying form titled “List of All Fees.”

  • list of accredited prospective providers means the list of accredited prospective providers which the municipality must keep in terms of paragraph 14 of this policy;

  • Schedule of Charges means the schedule as seen in clause 2.5.

  • Criminal background check means a state criminal background check and a national criminal history check through the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

  • Schedule of Fees means the published note of the School's prevailing fees notified to you from time to time and a copy of which remains available on the School's website and from the School at any time upon request;

  • at the individual request of a recipient of services means that the service is provided through the transmission of data on individual request.

  • Schedule of Rejected Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases means the schedule (including any amendments or modifications thereto), if any, of the Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases to be rejected by the Debtors pursuant to the Plan, as set forth in the Plan Supplement, as amended by the Debtors from time to time in accordance with the Plan, which shall be in form and substance acceptable to the Debtors.

  • List of Approved Contractors means a list developed by each Transmission Owner and published in a PJM Manual of (a) contractors that the Transmission Owner considers to be qualified to install or construct new facilities and/or upgrades or modifications to existing facilities on the Transmission Owner’s system, provided that such contractors may include, but need not be limited to, contractors that, in addition to providing construction services, also provide design and/or other construction-related services, and (b) manufacturers or vendors of major transmission-related equipment (e.g., high-voltage transformers, transmission line, circuit breakers) whose products the Transmission Owner considers acceptable for installation and use on its system.

  • E-Auction Process Information Document means this document including all the appendices hereto, for the purposes of setting out the process for submission of a bid and selection of Successful Bid in accordance with the provisions of the IBC and shall include all supplements, modifications, amendments, alterations or clarifications thereto issued in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • Schedule of Assumed Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases means the schedule of certain Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases to be assumed (or assumed and assigned) by the Debtors pursuant to the Plan, as the same may be amended, modified, or supplemented from time to time by the Debtors.

  • Schedule of Retained Causes of Action means the schedule of certain Causes of Action of the Debtors that are not released, waived, or transferred pursuant to the Plan, as the same may be amended, modified, or supplemented from time to time.

  • Schedule of Performance means that schedule of performance, attached hereto as Exhibit G and incorporated herein, setting forth the timelines for Milestones in the design, development, construction, and completion of the Project (including a construction timeline in customary form) together with the dates for submission of documentation required under this Agreement, which schedule shall be attached to the Development Plan and to the Declaration.

  • Assumed Executory Contract and Unexpired Lease List means the list, as determined by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, of Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases (with proposed cure amounts) that will be assumed by the Reorganized Debtors, which list shall be included in the Plan Supplement.

  • Appendix means an appendix to this Agreement.

  • Schedule 1 means Schedule 1 of this Licence unless otherwise stated;

  • Rejected Executory Contract and Unexpired Lease List means the list, as determined by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, of Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases that will be rejected by the Reorganized Debtors pursuant to the Plan, which list shall be included in the Plan Supplement.
