Fee Amounts. From time to time, Liberty will set and publish the fee amounts under Sections 3.5 and 3.7-3.8.
Fee Amounts. In consideration of the disclosure of CopyTele Technology under this Agreement, Videocon agrees to pay CopyTele the technology transfer fees (“Technology Transfer Fees”) in the amounts and on the dates set forth in Exhibit E. In consideration of the license granted herein, Videocon agrees to pay CopyTele a royalty (the “Percentage Royalty”) equal to the Percentage Royalty Rate, as set forth in Exhibit E, of the Ex-Factory Price of all Products sold by Videocon or any permitted Sublicensee to any party. In the event of any sublicense, Videocon shall ensure that such Sublicensee pays to CopyTele the Percentage Royalty as set forth in Exhibit E.
Fee Amounts. The payments amounts for services referred in this Appendix, are UF denominated, for which they will be met by giving those UF according to the value of this currency at the close of the corresponding date of payment.

Fee Amounts. The Reseller Fee for a Product License for a Customer shall not be greater than seventy percent of the standard published end- user license fee for such Product License. Reseller shall use standard retail pricing provided by Krengeltech to establish User Fee. Reseller Fees are not subject to refund under any circumstances.

(4) Filing a motion or response to a motion in civil, family, excluding child support, and guardianship cases, $100.
(5) Issuing an execution and filing the return thereof; issuing a writ of attachment, injunction, habeas corpus, mandamus, quo warranto, certiorari, or other writs not specifically mentioned, $55.
(6) Issuing a transcript of judgment, or for filing and docketing a transcript of judgment from another court, $40.
(7) Xxxxxx and entering a satisfaction of judgment, partial satisfaction, or assignment of judgment, $5.
(8) Certificate as to existence or nonexistence of judgments docketed, $5 for each name certified to.
(9) Filing and indexing trade name; or recording basic science certificate; or recording certificate of physicians, osteopaths, chiropractors, veterinarians, or optometrists, $5.
(10) For the filing of each partial, final, or annual account in all trusteeships, $55.
(11) For the deposit of a will, $27.
(12) For recording notary commission, $20.

Fee Amounts. The fee for the Initial Term shall be set forth in the relevant Purchase Order (the “Initial Fee”). The Initial Fee may be increased in accordance with the terms of the Purchase Order (the “Renewal Fee”, and together with the Initial Fee, the “Fees”).
