Litigation Trust Proceeds definition

Litigation Trust Proceeds means the proceeds of the Litigation Trust Assets recovered by the Litigation Trust, net of direct expenses of the recovery thereof (including, but not limited to, the fees, expenses, and costs of the subject litigation and collection).

Litigation Trust Proceeds means the Litigation Trust Initial Funding, the Litigation Trust Litigation Proceeds, and the Litigation Trust Loan Proceeds.
